Experiential Workshops

Experiential Workshops // Embodied Intensives //
Consent Craft workshops are dynamic, embodied spaces for experiential learning, creative expression, and relational skill-building.
All workshops hold a consistent focus on building relational knowledge and skills using action orientated and somatic-play methods including guided self reflection, role-play, discussion, movement, and drama games. Grounded in creative arts therapies theories and practices these embodied methods offer a unique pathway to safely experiment and learn about yourself and others.
There are many benefits to learning in a group as interacting with others provides real-time feedback. Noticing how we make choices is a key part of the learning process so there are always a range of options to choose from. You might interact with others, observe a paired activity or engage in solo practice whilst others work together. All are great options.
Each workshop is uniquely designed around a topic, a learning edge, or a specific group of people, and may range from a few hours to several days. Examples include workshops on connecting to your body, communication for touch and intimacy, and exploring consent and boundaries.
Most workshops are held in person in Perth/Boorloo, Western Australia, with some online offerings available. I also travel and occasionally facilitate workshops in other places across Australia and internationally. If you'd like to invite me to your location, get in touch and we can explore the details.
Upcoming workshops are listed here. To be notified of future dates, join the newsletter mailing list.

Personalised Coaching // Wheel of Consent //
The Wheel of Consent® goes beyond common understandings of consent to explore how we can create more meaningful, pleasurable experiences with each other, with greater choice, clarity, and connection. It offers a framework for reflecting on relational patterns and dynamics, and opens up new ways to communicate and engage with your desires and boundaries.
This work may be for you if you:
Experience people-pleasing or difficulty saying no
Feel uncertain about your own wants, needs, or choices
Find it hard to receive — care, pleasure, help, or attention
Want to develop greater awareness of your own boundaries and those of others
For couples, the Wheel of Consent® can support you to develop shared language, rituals, and agreements that nurture intimacy, agency, generosity, and choice.
Sessions are educational, experiential, and reflective, and include structured Wheel of Consent® practices alongside other methods of self-inquiry and embodied awareness. Together we work with your specific challenges, questions, and goals building greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness in how you relate to yourself and others. All activities are adapted to your needs, capacity, and context. This is unhurried, attentive work, shaped entirely around you.
Coaching is offered in packages of hours over a set period of time, at a set price. Sessions are available in person in Perth/Boorloo, online, or a combination of both — and you decide how you'd like to use your hours. Once you've chosen your package, we agree on all session dates and times for the period ahead.
I only take on a few coaching clients at a time so places are limited.
Please note: this is not therapy or counselling. Full details of scope, limits, and terms are included in the coaching package list.
Get in touch to receive the coaching package list and explore whether this is the right fit for you.
Wheel of Consent® Coaching is for individuals and couples seeking a more personalised, in-depth approach to their growth in relationships and relational practice.
-
Tailored to You: Every session is shaped around your unique goals, challenges, and pace, this is not a one-size-fits-all programme.
Depth Over Volume: Only a small number of coaching clients are taken on at any one time, ensuring you receive a high level of presence, focus, and commitment.
Lasting Change: This is sustained work — building self-awareness, relational skills, and confidence that carry forward into your everyday life and relationships.
A Space That's Entirely Yours: Whether you're working through something specific or simply ready to grow, this is a dedicated, unhurried space held just for you.

Embodied Ethics

PD Workshops
//
Embodied Ethics // PD Workshops //
Consent Craft offers specialised Embodied Ethics professional development workshops and consultations for organisations, teams, and community groups across healthcare, allied health, education, social work, and the non-profit sector.
Embodied Ethics is a distinctive approach to understanding how people make choices — and how those choices affect the people around them. Through experiential and creative arts learning processes, it invites individuals and teams to examine the dynamics of power, agency, and consent in their day-to-day professional relationships: with colleagues, clients, students, and communities.
While rules, regulations, and codes of practice are important, they can only take us so far. Embodied Ethics goes further — supporting the integration of ethical practice as something that is lived and felt, not just known. These are vital skills for navigating the complex relational situations that policy alone cannot prepare you for.
Whether you work in a clinical setting, a classroom, a social services team, or a non-profit organisation, Consent Craft can work alongside you to explore the relational challenges that arise in your context — including power differentials, boundary navigation, burnout, and the ethics of decision-making within groups and organisations.
This is not a compliance training, and it goes beyond what we typically think of as informed consent. Embodied Ethics offers a reflective, body-informed space to genuinely rethink how your team engages with each other and the people you serve — building the self-awareness and practical skills needed to work with greater integrity, care, and respect.
Let’s chat about how I might support you and your organisation or team.
-
Relevant to Your Context: Workshops and consultations are shaped around the specific challenges, dynamics, and needs of your organisation or team not a generic off-the-shelf programme.
Navigating Power Dynamics: Develop the awareness and tools to recognise and work more consciously with power imbalances whether between colleagues, within teams, or in relationships with the people you serve.
Clearer Boundaries, Better Relationships: Build a shared language and practical skills for understanding, respecting, and communicating boundaries in professional relationships.
Ethical Decision-Making in Practice: Move beyond policy and compliance to explore how ethics shows up in everyday interactions and how to make more conscious, values-aligned choices in the moment.
Sustaining Yourself and Your Team: Develop greater self-awareness around the emotional and relational demands of your work, and build strategies that support longer-term wellbeing and resilience.
Creating Cultures of Respect: Foster environments where people feel genuinely safe, heard, and valued building the foundations for more empathetic, trustworthy, and effective teams.
Skills You Can Actually Use: Take away embodied, experiential tools that translate directly into how you communicate, collaborate, and engage with your team and the people you serve.
